Recently moved to the area from parts North (and more restrictive). I tend to lurk on the site more than I should, but I just have to sound off on Wildcards /102 suite. With Tampa's new bathhouse ordinance in effect I have recently branched out from my usual AMP rotation and found 102 suite as a result.

Clearly / Sadly, Nina is obviously no longer associated with the business after so many name and management changes.

I think they chose couches due to the business being a 'modeling studio's rather than a MP. A bed would not fit well with that business model, but a couch does.
