Like I wrote in the "NOVA" boards, it's been a pretty meh summer on Seeking with way more duds than good times. That being said, I did find two SBs who will remain in my rotation for at least another few months. While both are a bit of a drive for me, the fun times had from both & at a reasonable PPM proves to me that Seeking hasn't gone completely tits up yet. Sure, it's laden with more flakes, scammers, and bots than in the previous several years combined. No question about it. But despite this, there's still fun to be had if you're patient enough & keep putting in the work.

So for now, I'll share the duds and will eventually share the aforementioned good ones later this year. Remember, stand your ground when it comes to your hobby budget & know when to walk away if their demands are over-the-top or unreasonable. Just as they've got standards, it's okay to have some of your own.

When asked about her expectations, she said she preferred everything covered & wanted 700 PPM. I immediately countered with 500, which is unlike me to do for CFS, especially for an unknown. But she politely held firm at 700, so I said I'd have to think about it. We amicably went our separate ways, then I texted a few days later wishing her the best. She regularly takes down her page then reactivates it, possibly to avoid the barrage of incoming messages. Really bummed it didn't work out as she really is shockingly gorgeous.

However after I texted the day before and day of our supposed meet, crickets. I waited a couple weeks before texting again then shot a message via Seeking. Next thing I know, I saw I got blocked. So I'm unsure what changed or went down to cause that abrupt about-face, but that's the nature of the game sometimes.

Jesus, this one's a real piece of work & I strongly urge everyone to avoid the headache. I'm blocked now, but I remember her profile being pretty terse & straightforward. Since small talk is clearly not her forte, I still gave it a shot & laid out what she could expect from me. Her next two messages were literally "what's your allowance" and "when and where," telling me she's either a pro or is one of those really jaded SBs. Still undeterred, I suggested we meet at a Starbucks in Silver Springs since that was the location listed. On the day of the meet, she was still giving off this aloof manner with shortly phrased messages, each one making me rethink this whole situation altogether. The final straw was when she finally decided to string together more than the usual four-word replies & wrote two paragraphs explaining how the day would work. First, she claimed the Starbucks I chose was no good (even though it was what we agreed upon the week prior). She apparently resides in Aspen Hill & complained about needing to take a bus or Uber to get to the one I suggested. Then she said she doesn't do sex on the first date. All of this right when I was literally about to leave my place & drive to her supposed area. I then asked if there's a reason none of this was conveyed earlier. After pointing out her hypocrisy of "disliking fake people and valuing common sense" when she herself is engaged in the same bs she supposedly loathes, I blocked her. Chances are she'll carry on without a care in the world while thinking of me as some unreasonable asshole who simply doesn't understand her. I'll just never understand those types of women who's mentality is that their time is somehow more valuable than mine or that they can play these sort of games without repercussions. So seriously, don't waste your time with her. She's not worth it, and it would do her some good to hit a brick wall of silence. And if anyone still feels like rolling the dice, be my guest but don't be shocked if it backfires or winds up being a disappointing experience as a whole.

You should really call that bastard out in the "Stupid Shit" portion of these boards so we know to avoid sharing with that particular user. Was he a senior or newbie?
