Maybe its just another ploy to delay the trial and like a weasel will probably claim she was denied a speedy trial which violates her Constitutional right so the case must be dismissed on those grounds. While their lawyer gets $5 million dollars richer, at taxpayer's expense of course.

Since she is asking to postpone the trial, her rights to a speedy trial is being waived by her.
