License and code violations are much easier and more effective than undercover stings. I rarely see cars there so I assume that people are parking up the street and walking over. Knowing FS is on the table makes it a little more inticing.

I was driving around moline on Friday and figured I'd check on a few spots, I seen you spa on 41st is completely closed and looks like they moved out no sign in the window or anything, I had some fun times and some not so fun times at that one over the years, its been there for sometime now, LOL I can remember a few times going there a woman in that office by the door would eyeball people going in and out! I'm surprised it lasted this long! Drove by the new one across from grinders on 23rd where that old lady Linda was at and that appears closed as well, then off to rose by the tire shop and that was closed as well with a handwritten sign on the door, not sure if moline did a check like east moline or what, one thing I find interesting about the you spa is that it was above a farmers insurance place for all them years and as I think about it di spa was located next to one, as well as the the one on spring st in davenport, just makes me wonder if they dabble in the hobby and maybe get a break on rent LOL!

Both jurisdictions were supposedly going to inact tougher ordinances to keep "adult" businesses out. We could very well be seeing the delayed second step in that process. I have said for awhile the proliferation of AMPs we have seen recently is going to provoke a response.
