First story was over a year old. Per story there is overly 150 massage places in county. The sheriff advised that every place the undercover went in they were solicited. The reason that there aren't More hobby arrests is because uncle doesn't want to make them. Doesn't seem to be any John arrests.

RICO everything and anyone they can. Georgia's rico statute is more broad than the fed statute with less to prove requirements to prove a pattern.
