You're right about the warm weather. I've already seen an increase in girls on DOT Ave, from Savin Hill down to Fields Corner.
I don't know where the pho hoa is, (maybe on Geneva or Dot ave?, her neighborhood)but a friend of mine told me about the girl in those tights with the holes going up the sides, on a small triangular street divider near Fields Corner, last Friday at 2PM, and last weekend after a date with her, Desi put those on, a tight top, black boots and I think a black unzipped jacket, on her way out.
I asked her if she was at that triangle on Friday at 2PM, and she proudly said that was her.
Those tights are like just under wear, but that's all she wore, no skirt.
