Ok, I have read somewhere that Kyoto requires an I'd to be presented and that they keep your name in a list. Is this true? I was considering checking it out this weekend, but don't like that idea. Any knowledge of this place is appreciated. And, yes I know that if Uncle LEO wanted to know who was there they have other means of doing so. I just don't like the idea of the list. (although it did not bother me at the Lucky Dragon, maybe it's Kyoto's rep + the list that has me feeling odd).
