I'm a little surprised you don't know this.

Summer time is definitely oriented towards the evenings. Around 6-9 pm is sometimes ok. Lots of crack hos head out around midnight. Fremont from LV Bl down to a little past where Castaways used to be, and surrounding areas gets really busy around then. Just don't drive drunk, don't break the law, and have you car in correct working order. LE likes to pull over guys then. If LE spots me and pegs me, I usually leave the area for 30 minutes or so. Take a leak, grab some food, whatever. Later on, the areas further on down Boulder can get some action...mostly at the bus stops up until you hit the highway.

Late night around LV Bl between Strat and Charleston can get good. Maybe around 4am. Also, it seems like every year Trop gets going in the late summer nights. Maybe around 2am and later.

Seen some further north like Sahara, but never saw nuthin worth turnin around for north of 515. But a few cruzes on the way home from work these past couple weeks have been pretty dry, no doubt cuz da heet.

Picked up a tiny young spinner on BH near the show me state area. She had blond hair and looked like a latina mix, 19 with neck tats. Asked for .6 for cbj and .8 FS.
