She takes her ad down but also posts when she's working and she usually has another girl with her so the ad may feature the other girl. If you look at the post history on that number, you should see a Karla ad in there. Escort Directory should also have an archive of her ad.

I tried looking up BBFS but as you know every ad uses the words "no BBFS" so the search results is no use unless she has a recent post but I did notice more old ads from a quick google search so maybe she posts elsewhere, the search continues LOL.
