It's rare for an LMT that you have not previously heard offer extras offer them. So if you are looking at one nobody has heard of offer you need to okay it much, much more cautiously then an AMP. No reaching out and touching them etc.
But get naked under the sheets, talk cool and maybe slightly flirtatious, and do not be shy and even say you are not through the massage when draping moves and turns.
