Your info bumps it 4 spots closer to the top. I lived in Holland for a year, then Spain 6 months another time. With qualifications I agree and attest to the better road of legalization / a true lack of criminalization at least. Better safer for all. What else could you ask for.

Last night for the second time in a month I got a room near Trop. Got there about 3 pm, checked in and hit the streets. Not much out there until I ran into one who gave me her number a couple of weeks ago, she was looking super hot. Told her we could hook up later that night. Made a few passes and decided to hook up with her. Came back through where she was and she was gone. Called her, we hooked up at about 6 pm. This was perfect because I had the rest of the night to find another. Had a fantastic time with her.
Got some dinner, played a few slots, I was staying at Ballys, it was about 8:30 so I hit the strip, absolutely no girls out. It was early so I hoped in the car and hit Trop, nothing at all. Came back, now it's about 10:30 so the strip should be jumping, nope. Walked from Ballys to PH, did not see one girl. Walked into every casino between the two, nothing. Tried Trop again, found one hot BSW but she ignored me. Saw another cute one, this one wanted $$$ for FS. WTF? Came back to the hotel, took one last walk down the strip, nothing.
I woke up at 6, wanted some coffee so what better place than Terribles on Trop? Nothing at all out, got my coffee then some breakfast then back to the hotel to check out. Left the hotel at about 9, against my better judgement I decided to hit Trop before going home and of course there were several out, a few really hot ones! Got a couple of digits then came home. Don't think I'll be getting a room anymore, had I not lucked up and saw the girl I dated, it would have been a wasted night. I'll just get their digits and try to see them later.
Hey fellas. I'm going to be in Vegas next week. I need some advice on what to and not to do when it comes to the SW's. Never been there before, but I'm going to be there for a while.
Just need to know what's the $ limit I should not be going over (it varies from the cities I've been in).
How will I know if she's safe (meaning not being setup, not being LEO, etc)?
Won't have a car, so is it a bad idea to be on foot?
Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Stupid ass pimps been on Trop lately driving a bright Teal colored Cadillac with matching rims. I saw a group of SW's spot them several blocks away, they all disappeared like roaches when the lights come on! Way too much traffic, LE and long lights to be in a vehicle that stands out like a sore thumb.
A few out tonight around 10:15 pm. A couple of BSWs behind the chevron / HD and I think I saw a WSW over there by the adult store walking towards all that construction on Wynn. I saw our favorite uncles getting together in the fire station parking lot to patrol, so keep your head on a swivel while hunting.

Looks like they permanently closed the access road from Home Depot to the pub. Just saw a fence they installed to block the road.

I think when the girls return they'll start to stick on HD side so they have a place to run.

It may also partly be due to the Ethiopian restaurant / club across the parking lot from the pub. I was there a few weekends ago at about 5 am it was insane, the club patrons took over the parking lot, dozens of people were hanging out partying in the parking lot. The lot was full as well as the dirt lot on Cameron. Cars were parked in the road making it possible for only one way traffic, then people were stopping to chat holding up traffic. Returned the following weekend, same thing. That with the monger traffic was probably enough for LE as I'm sure they were monitoring it with their camera.
