I don't have any info on your specific example, but I'll give insight on other examples in the past. The most common reason for dual ads is #1: 1) One shop is slow or delayed to remove the ad. Usually, the old ad gets removed in a matter of time. Very rarely, it's #2 or #3: 2) It's a different girl and one girl is stealing the name and ad 3) Amazingly, the girl actually works both at the same time.

I am not counting the case where two girls with two different names happen to use the same fake ad, that happens all the time since it is simply a fake ad. There's really 3 main agencies, but only 2 are allowed to be discussed here. I've personally visited all 3 and they are all similar in service levels and quality of girls.
