My initial text to her was "Hello Ivy what are your rates?" usually I get a reply answering that specific question. Instead I got a series of rather cordial but sparsely spaced texts. I did have to wait an extra 10 minutes when I actually got there, as she was having the maids change out the bedding linens and towels for my visit.
