More likely they are using an ad network like google ads but one that will post ads to porn / adult content sites. Find an ad network that supports adult content and put your ad on there. Feel free to DM me the link BTW.

I did some quick online research and it looks like exoclick might be a good example. I’ve never used them so I can really say how well it works.
