Pics are not her. The person behind the door is more beautiful IMO. Very pretty face. Height and build similar to Sia. She has a very upbeat and lighthearted way about her. You can't help but smile. There is yet another multi-story parking structure to the East. There may be very limited guest parking, but careful you don't park wrong or you'll get a warning the first time. I can't say what's best for you, just laying out the options. Show up early.

Near the leasing office, you can see the main gate between two gyms. And a second gate to the left. At the main gate, there are fliers. If you take one, you can see the apartment layout. There is actually a 3rd hidden gate far to the right. You have to go past the gym and hug along the apartment walls, then there is a sudden left turn and you see the gate. This one takes a key rather than code, but you can use hard thin long object to push the latch in, while simultaneously turning and pulling the door. Similar gates open with a pocketknife, plastic rimmed reading glasses, screwdriver. Just a guess. Photo shows what plastic reading glasses look like. Best to use the gate code as long as it works.

Before that, let me explain why I don't use corgs. They are legit, but they are a little less reliable and safe than korgs. They are cheaper, but they aren't as careful and the average service is lower. Certainly there is fun to be had, and I would still call it overall safe for customers. Competition is actually important in the long-run in spreading risk and keeping service honest. Some people will start out and learn with corgs before moving to korgs, so it's not bad for the korg either. So everyone should do what they think is right.

For my part, I'm happy to pay a little more for better service and better safety practices. But some guys are on a budget, that's fair.

I've made several PSAs about corgs, and they keep getting busted. Usually for something else, no customers were affected. 7 of the busts were for selling drugs. Imagine you already had a money printing machine with cgirls, and you decide to ruin it all by also selling drugs. That's what they did. This is the greed and cutting corners that occasionally happens with corgs. Now that I mention it, an 8th corg was busted from a girl ODing. But they set up shop again. The 9th corg was busted because neighbors complained. So in 9 out of 9 cases, all they had to do was use some common sense.

There is also a korg example, but that was an eviction. The landlord does not want to involve the cops because it lowers rent value, and to be fair the cops don't want to be involved either if it can be handled without them. The LA korg eviction was actually how I ended up seeing so many HYA last month, girls like Ericka had to work OC instead of LA. It was tough keeping up with all the HYA showing up in OC, test driving and reviewing them. It was really hard on my body, but don't worry I'm alright.

These two links for GTRstudio show their profile and their network rating. If you don't recognize a place, look at their network to figure out how safe they are:

Always sort by date. We see they are new to HX, 2 HX ratings in August, one October, one November. Pretty normal but that is a new and light network. Click on each of the 4 people that rated GTRstudio. Then click their network page which is an icon of two people (between the PC and kiss icons). Sort by date. We can see one guy has been active since 2013, with 54 positive safety ratings and 0 negative. The other field has 73 positive and 1 negative, that's fine. Let's say 97% positive network is our definition of 'rock solid', especially if the negative wasn't very recent (you wonder if something changed). And it's 11 years, which is really impressive. Plus it's 73 other accounts, that's a ton. This can't be faked, he's legit. Doesn't mean he's a nice guy, but it means he is legit and pays what he owes without deliberately hurting people. Giant cocks don't count as safety violations BTW, just be reasonable and don't hurt girls on purpose.

This is a normal pattern for a new HX org BTW. It's not perfect proof but still pretty strong proof it's a legit org. Doesn't mean you'll like the girls, or they won't be rude, whatever. But they give you what you pay for at the end of the day. Corgs want you to come back.

So we've verified they're legit beyond reasonable doubt. Look at the tab 'classifieds' and you can see their ads. Hit subscribe if you're interested. Hit the photo icon, to the right of the 'mail' icon. They have SD, OC, and LA albums. Click on them. 3 girls in SD. I'm going to guess a Latina and 2 Chinese girls. The Latina photo looks more realistic, the 2 Chinese girls may be fake. It can sometimes happen that corgs do some B+S, but you will get a decent girl who does the job at least. Up to you. I remember a NYC corg's website literally says 'promise no old women' WTF did something happen.

As I said, competition is important. It spreads the risk out, especially when agencies are independent from the other. Every example I cited in my PSA gives a warning to others on what not to do. Drugs being the most obvious, it's dumb. But also being discreet and not bothering neighbors. 99% of people don't care if you don't bother them. Even in several of the corg cases, the cops first asked nicely not to bother the neighbors. But if a shop doesn't stop that, they tend to get evicted.
