In my experience the AMPs don't turn on the sauna until they start your shower so it's not heated up to provide any benefit. And I get it cause it's expensive to keep one heated all day long. I have used the one at Kyoto and it's never hot. But I've just been cleaned so don't want to get sweaty before I even start the adventure haha.

I went to Perfect 10 last summer.
It was in the evening and there was hardly anyone in the parking lot. I assume a lot of the business were close for the day.
