After all, what's the point of blurring your face if you have easily identifiable tattoos? Looking at the pics on BP, it seems likely she has a tattoo on her right side, and right shoulder. Probably good size tattoos too, they're a bit more work to conceal well and easier to spot that it's been done. No idea what the tattoo could be though. Smaller tattoos can easily be hidden, and it can be very difficult to tell anything has been changed. So she may possibly have more.
There's no photographer's watermark though, which would lend credibility that the pics are legit, but I also didn't come up with anything on a quick Google search.
