This reminds me of something that happened to me. A friend recommended a great provider to me and set up a time and everything. Drove into Brooklyn from westchester county arrived on the block and called. No answer. I left a few messages (polite) and no answer. Left a few texts. No answer. Yes I was steamed because I drove for 45 minutes but kept cool. I had no back up because that is the way I do things. Eyes on that prize (target) and no other. Went to get something to eat down the block and wait. This woman always received great rviews and I had seen two friends of hers in the game. Well what happened was that she had her phone on top of a cast iron radiator in her bedroom and when she went to grab it her phone fell behind the radiator and could not reach it.
