This ad or similar ads have been circulating between STG and MP for a few years now. I've contacted them a couple of times before and I still can't put my finger on what's going on. I wouldn't even say it is a bad area. Mostly working class folks and senior citizens. Generally nice people that would invite you to a cookout and make sure you leave with a plate.
