East, West, and Lower, yes, but no Upper.[/QUOTE]Maybe not but officially an UPH but when I've hear UPH I always thought that referred to areas higher in elevation or "up the hill" areas on Glenway, Clevesws, Boudinot, etc. And the lower elevation areas at the "bottom of the hill" like State, Eighth, etc.

I'm not sure wiki is the best reference for absolutes in this case.

Finally had a nice day so I got my lazy ass up and hit the streets to see if the nice weather brought any gifts out to play. Went out in the evening before it got dark and didn't see much out. Saw a probable WSW I haven't seen before on Glenway, skinny, tall, black hair, mid to late 20's. Didn't look too bad but I was just window shopping at the time. Saw Brittany, WSW, black hair, short, mid 20's, dressed nicely as well. Saw Shay, and she's noticeably lost some weight, but she did put on a little weight after her last visit with her uncle. Roselawn I saw a possible walking with a guy. Nothing in Carthage at the time. Went out again around 3 am, beautiful weather, slim pickings but a bit of hope. Saw Tiffany out, the one with the crack face and that's about it in PH. I still think Roselawn and Carthage are pretty much dead but I occasionally see an older, short WSW with bleach blond hair, probably lates 40's, decent looking body, slim walking and saw her out. The surprise is I did see a younger, thick WSW of color, looks Latina in Carthage. Probably low 20's. I thought she was cute but uncle LEO was patrolling. It's always so hot out there and in always thankful I do a couple loops or grab a coffee, get gas, etc before I grab a girl because it always seems uncle isn't too far away in that area now. I definitely hope to see her out again. Headed out to Roselawn and happened to spot Sherri, older was, has super bleach blond hair now. She tries to stay young, I respect it, but she's like 50 something. Should be pretty well known by members. Either way, it's been awhile but I've seen her a few times and always have an amazing dream. She's old but she keeps that pussy in shape and she does have a real nice body. Thick, juicy ass and gives some great head. Donated $30 to her charity, FS, we both came, dropped her off near by and headed out. Stay safe out there. Hopefully the ladies start popping out soon.

So, in that area there are 5 different neighborhoods as you go down Warsaw / Glenway. Starting from downtown heading west: lower price hill, easily distinguishable because it's at the bottom of the hill. As you go up the hill o either Warsaw or Glenway, once you hit grand that's east price hill. Either direction on grand will lead you to the incline district or to Fairmount / queen city. Continuing west in Warsaw or Glenway between grand and when they merge into Glenway is east price hill. From the Warsaw / Glenway merge all the way down to Ferguson and boudinot is west price hill. Covedale is tucked away on the left side on the streets behind Glenway but not actually on glenway. The remainder of Glenway and remaining areas further west / north is Westwood, western hills, Delhi, green township, etc but there's not really any action that far down.

Hence the locations known as Covedale theater and Covedale library etc. The origins of Price's hill comes from when that family owned the whole area the portion at the bottom (lower Price's hill) the higher portion (upper Price's hill).
