News story about barricades going up on various side streets around Aurora Ave. There was yet another shooting near Aurora last night, this one also somehow involved a chainsaw. Police say they believe that these shootings are tied to gangs involved in sex trafficking along Aurora, LOL.

I was up around 135th and noticed an undercover minivan lit up like a Christmas tree. Minivan was pulling over a car. As soon as the other vehicle came to a stop, at least four police jumped and surrounded the vehicle. I haven't seen this tactic since the heydays of Hostess and the AAA. Be careful out there.
I remember the AAA and Hostess days, a lot of people said they wouldn't ever shut it down and, well, they did. This is part of how they did it. I went out and did a few laps on AA yesterday morning. The usual young entrepreneurs were out. Not a whole lot of travelling girls so far this summer. Did I do something wrong or am I just thinking way too far into this?
