If you right-click on the image and can't find any reasonable indication of other postings with ADDITIONAL images to corroborate who she is, red flag. Most providers don't bother with high quality photography, and the few who do are risky since they generally overcharge and up sell, thinking too highly of themselves. The lighting, the setting, indications of recent habitation in the room, all point toward a more legit opportunity.
