As far as when to get back into the game though that's a lot tougher to say since the virus is still out there even though the curve is flattening. It's another risk to throw into the equation.

They confirmed human-to-human on Jan 22nd and declared a health emergency on Jan 30 (the one that led to Trump's ruling on China travel). They were pretty much on top of it as soon as they got clear data out of China.

They also ignored Taiwan's warnings cause China doesn't acknowledge Taiwan as a legit country. Since the WHO is a propaganda wing of China talking to Taiwan the is a no no. Will not tell us true costs and looks like looking for a bailout. Going to be very sad day for everyone responsible when this is over, can we survive.
