Now that said, some sites the "hot linking" doesn't always work and you will get an error message. So try with one pic from a site and see if it works. If it doesn't you will have to take a screen shot of the pics, and of course the advert too. "how to screen shot" varies between Android, iPhones, Pcs, etc so perhaps Google that for a specific device. Then you can use the upper section of the Mange Attachments and browse to the location of the pic. One pic at a time so its a bit slow.
