I do not know of a Rebecca, but I do know that Rhedd is back on Lake. I posted about Rhedd back then, she got arrested and now is back full blown. The downfall, she walks everywhere beyond just the typical areas.

Went for a cruise on Tuesday morning and Lake was surprising super busy. During the cruise, I only spotted in uncle LEO too. I was cruising from hwy 35 and Lake all the way to Target off Lake and Minnehaha.

Started recognizing a few hotzones outside of Lake for dates over the past month or so but PD for whatever reason has flipped everything upside down. In my recent experience Lake hasn't been the focus anymore as drug usage / sales seems to have slowed down on the Lake strip where the walkers are. But MPD is everywhere else. Started the afternoon hitting up Lake. Many were out there (about 8 I think), made many laps, but none were to my liking. Lake & 16th seemed to have the most walkers. Outside the Marathon gas station I saw a cop draw his gun on some dude he and other cops were apprehending. Ready to call it quits I decided to hit up North for the heck of it. Took a cruise on Lake after dropping off a friend at the airport. Random ass timing 8-9 am.
