Hey guys, be careful out there. They have a sting operation going on on State st between Prospect and Minnesota. Saw a cute blonde walking up and down the sidewalk. Would not make eye contact or approach my vehicle. When I went into the neighborhood to try get her attention from a side street I noticed two squad cars. It then hit me that's got to be the same officer that busted my 11 years ago. Yea I wasn't very bright back then. Made the mistake of talking with her when she was outside of my vehicle. Cost me a $1,000.00 and 38 hours of community service. Finally fell off my record last year. Funny thing is I haven't seen any activity in that area in a long time. Weird. That the choose that area.

I would presume it's related to the overall increase in addiction due to the lockdowns.

The way that area is being gentrified, the new neighbors probably complained to their City-Co Rep and were able to get an operation launched.

That being said I have found very intermittent morning activity in the west 10th & Tibbs area and along east Washington between State and Emerson. You may not have much luck getting a SW to go to a room with you either. If they are strolling they need their dose. They may promise you the moon if you pay up front and stop by the pharmacy first but once they leave your car with your money they have no incentive to come back. That being said over the years I have found a few gals willing to come over with you agreeing to pay above the usual street rate and asking to take a shower and / or for a bite to eat. As always when you hobby at any level it's a crapshoot. Good luck and let us know how you did.

Traveling down State Street today a little past noon. I spotted a good looking and well-built young lady she was about 5-8 maybe 140. Just a guess. With dark hair and a dark tan maybe late 20's. That area may not be a spot known for a lot of providers but there have been reports from that area many times.

And, as far as here in Indy, a LE SW Decoy will not stroll. She may move a pace or two back and forth but that's it. And if you pull over to approach her she will not get in your car.

Last night on Presidential Ave (near Citgo) about 9:00 pm I picked a white SW, blonde, 40 ish, build slightly heavier than medium, said name was Brenda. As I was in the area on other business I didn't have a lot of roses in the car. We exchanged phone # and discussed a later date after I went to the florist. She said her hours were 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. Called and texted her after I picked up some roses, no response. Anyone else ever dealt with Brenda?

Might anyone know her? This was 8/23 7:30 pm at the Regal 8 Inn at Washington & High School. A UTR gal I know stays there and when I pulled in to pick her up I spotted this one and was curious if she might be a provider.
