As far as the second part of your comment, really we don't know the for sure answer, but I can tell you that I follow all of the task force cases on case search websites when the arrests are announced because I look for signs of shady police tactics. There was a case in Augusts scumbag sting where one of the guys ONLY was indicted on misdemeanor soliciting and ALL of the scumbag felony charges were dismissed. I can't say for sure but my theory on what happened in that scenario is that the guy didn't ask for details of the provider they were meeting, and they told it to him last minute and he didn't get a chance to look at his phone before he got to the sting location. Either that, or the guy established he was only interested in meeting the woman in the ad, and didn't bother to ask about who the other person in the ad they were talking about was or state that he wasnt interested, and a similar situation arose, they brought it up as he was en route to the sting location and he didn't get a chance to look at the text message. This is known as the "Arizona / Florida bait and switch" technique. Its a disgusting technique that even judges frown upon especially since there are actual sick fucks out there that the task force doesn't need to be trying to create them. The grand jury acquitted him, but his mugshot is still there with all of those actual sick fucks if you google his name. Remember, the Ohio revised code states "whether the offender knows, or is reckless in that regard. ".

I agree with your comment about there's being enough sick fucks in the world preying on children that the cops don't need to be manufacturing more of them on trumped up charges.
