Just an opinion from a poster in another city... feel free to take it or leave it.

On our board, we've gotten very circumspect, using extreme vagaries and code names for places (or not talking about other places at all openly). Really to the point where you can't tell some new guy to RTFT, since they still won't know what the heck anyone was talking about.

The end result? Every AMP in town still got raided. They just targeted every Asian place (including some that no one had ever reported receiving extras at) and made some arrests and gave other ones fines for health code violations or other BS.

Uncle Leo knows where the places are and what they do there. The only reason they don't get raided is because Uncle Leo chooses not to. As long as places lay low and don't generate neighborhood complaints, they are usually left alone... until some local politician needs to appear to be tough on crime or is a moral crusader (or maybe they don't make their weekly/monthly payment to the Policeman's fund, depending on the level of your local corruption). Then they come down like a hammer, regardless of what we say here.

So, I would say it really doesn't matter. I mean, look at this case. They've had a string of arrests for two solid years and they are just now getting around to shutting it down? Sound a little fishy to you?
