After finally finding it I pulled in and there was a car with 2 guys in it at the front entrance and another pair at the back of the place. They were both sitting in their cars running. I think you're talking about the one by Super 8, just down from Red Roof. I went there the other evening, .80 for an hour and standard tip for FS.
