Thanks to all who provided input about this one. I decided to pursue it and met up with her yesterday.

She's a bit weird and is hard to communicate with. If you talk to her, don't even mention an allowance. She would completely shut down and would quit replying to my texts anytime I wanted to discuss money. I wasn't sure she if she even wanted compensation. And even after the deed was done I tried to find out how much she wanted and she wouldn't tell me. So I left $2 (cause $ is tight right now!) and she texted me several hours later to tell me it wasn't enough, she usually gets $3. WTH. I'm a fair guy and told her I'd meet up with her to give her the rest or Venmo it to her. Silence.

She hosted, decent area off Woodruff Rd, home was relatively clean, although her little dog (who had more personality than her) hid one of my shoes under the couch, making a quick escape impossible. LOL.
