OC Vietnamese coffee shops

Based on what I'm seeing on IG, it's 50/50. Cats looks to be open, but Quan Vui and Quan Khat are closed. No update from Cafe Lu.

Girlz was opened today. They served coffee in to-go cups just in case the place needed to clear out.

Took a drive around to see what was going on with the coffee shops.

Cafe 368- closed, no open sign no lights on and the parking lot empty.

Starz- closed, with a note on the door.

Cafe 168- closed with a note on the door.

Girlz- closed, cardboard on the front doors, no note, back door was closed as well.

Hope this helps out, I was a bit of a regular and hope the girls are hanging in there. Wish I would have gotten some of their numbers. See you all there when we are opened back up. Stay safe everyone.

LEO are actively driving around looking for non essential businesses that are open and citing\arresting owners. Don't think any of the coffee shops would risk it during this time.

From the statements he made, he is predicting pick on early to mid may and then going back to some level of normalcy. This is more than 2 weeks closures whether they like it or not.

To think of reopening on any of the original April dates was unrealistic.

More likely they will slowly open places but keep things like social distancing and masks the norm while they work on a vaccine. I'd think that by the summer we'll start seeing some loosening up.

Since orange county seems to be ready to open back up anybody considering going back to see the girls wearing face masks and gloves?

I know of a few who even became porn stars after being discovered at the shops.

So I cruised by my regular spots to see if they were open-.

168 closed.

368 closed.

Starz closed.

Cats closed.

Girlz closed (cardboard on the doors, some string lights on around the door and the red silk lanterns hanging in front, back door also closed).

Ciao Saigon Open- The front and back door was open, sign saying parking in rear, sign on back door saying wear your mask and stay socially distanced. There was no loud music and the place was dead. Popped my head in and didn't see anyone so I took off. I have never been to this place before but heard it was open. Might try it again, If anyone goes in please let us know if it was any better.

Took a cruise like Rizzo below me as well just because I was curious to know if any of these places were flying under the radar.

Ciao Saigon is the old HD Quan and looks closed but is actually open. I didn't bother to poke my head inside though.

Cafe 368 looks closed but doesn't have a sign. I wonder if I tried to open the door if it was actually open.
