For any of my hobbyist friends or even Admin. For some time now, when I visit this site, I always start at a point in what seems like December and NOT the newest report. I wind up having to go to the top of that page and clicking on Page one. Never used to do that and can't figure out how to change this. This goes for all the towns, not just Belvidere. HELP.
