I wish Candace luck but if she is out and about already then her "program" won't be of much help -- but we already know this.
Smith Street after dark has had some prospects. Most are pretty skanky and I haven't sampled. Look from Orms down to Oakland.

I've brought some to my place AFTER I was with them in the car once or twice before and I got to trust them. I usually hide the valuables and cash when I go hunting just in case I bring one back. Never had a problem with, maybe five SWs. Leah was fabulous to bring back because she was usually speeding and was nonstop active in trying to please in all ways. I can only dream about her now. I've never brought one back to my home and never will no matter how well I know her. I have many times and would again. Sure, it's a risk. But I've had some great experiences. It is true though -- you cannot trust any streetwalker or escort no matter what. One of the two times I had (minor) stuff stolen, I'd known the girl 3 years and she'd slept at my place countless times. Drugs make them unpredictable and they screw their own families this way, so they might do it to you, too.
If you are going to bring them home, here's some suggestions:
1) Don't have snitchable stuff lying around or easily accessible. Watches, cash, jewelry, iPods, all should be locked up. When I was doing this regularly my apartment was always "ho-visit ready". Nothing accessible that's small, easy to conceal and would get resale value on the street.
2) Don't leave them unattended, even for 5 minutes, except of course while in your bathroom, where there shouldn't be anything to steal. If you go to the bathroom just say, "I'll be right back" so they don't know how long you'll be gone.
3) Speaking of the bathroom, don't keep your razor or toothbrush out. If you forget, throw them out afterwards because if she uses either of them you could catch hep C. I used to keep extras and I'd offer them to visitors to make sure they didn't go searching for mine.
Yes, you might still get one who manages to stuff one of your CDs or a PlayStation game into her purse while you were in the bathroom.
