If you get a chance go to some of the Town Hall, Neighbor Meetings, and just take a listen to what is going on. You can get an EXCELLENT IDEA, of how the area is going and what to look out for.

I go to them myself, and I have been since the early 90's. Corporation often send Rep's to these Community Meeting/Forums, sometimes just to listen and take notes, other times give there positions on Community matters.

That always include Crime, Housing, Police, and a lot more. Going to a meeting you will hear times in which SW and Drug activity is Highest and Lowest. I have even seen some of the area SW's at the meetings just listening. That is being smart on their part. Still it is rare to see them there, Very Rare?

Better Yet !!! Find Know someone who goes to them and can tell you about what is going on. It really is a wealth of Good Information. By posting this I may have let the "Cat Out Of The Bag." I hope NOT, but it is something to consider, because times are very SW slow, and I don't see it getting better, unless we have a very Warm Winter.

People be very cautious in attending these meetings, because, new people really stand out, and only a hand full of people attend these functions. So you will be "noticed. "

Man, I was browsing though the GermanFKK section, and it is a damn shame how well they have it there than we do here. Look at the first forum page and it is loaded with video spots from German Style Bunny type places that really go the Extra Mile. Yea it is gonna cost money, but man talk about Euro Paradise. Check out the Brazil, Dom Rep. Cuba, Mexico, Costa Rico, just to start. Then Move back to Euro, Africa, then to Asia. GRRRRRREAT!

And of course AMSTERDAM! The SEXUAL Paradise for all Men!

I even found there clicks to You Tube, and on and on. And the attitudes are so very, very different. We spend that much damn time on chasing down Hookers, and trying to STOP Consenting Adults, to the excludsion of everything else. Look at this City, look at Uncle Simon, LooK at the UltraRightWing Underground in this City. All over SEX? Why SEX? If they poured this much attention into drug dealing they would find the real dealers that live in Indian Hills, who move the Major shipments around, the real Distributors, who hide in Corpporate Functioning Jobs, who have the Money, Lawyers, and Political contacts, and the Police Dept. 's that Help, Supply, Coordinate, Collect, and Protect Dealer. The real Cooruption of our Community. The things that NEVER WILL MAKE THE NEWS or NEWS PAPERS.

ALL THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN "SEX"! And the Bible Thumper Keep rolling on. And we can't do a thing because we risk exposure. Even this forum especially is at risk with every post with ligit information on it. Before you can even move on the info, it is a part of the next Vortex Crack Down. And with the LE using the SW's out there to Snitch on Small Time Dealer, it is No Wonder more of them are NOT Ending up dead. That is a real F-ked Up thing to do, and then stick them right back on the streets with NO Protection.

When you see just how much more you can get, for you Dollars in another Country, and How Much More Beautiful the Women are, and how much better their attitudes are. Went thru Covington today and saw a 30's WSW on Madison. She was about 5-3, slim with long dark hair and a red jacket, said her name was Alice. She got in the car and we agreed to drive to a spot that she knew. We get to the spot and she starts in and keeps stopping and looking up. Finally she says she sees someone coming and we have to leave and find another spot. She then says she has to make a stop and will be right out. At that point I know I'm burned. She hopped out with my .20 and left me hung out to dry.

Anyone have any good tips on providers in this area? I'm willing to pay the extra price to get decent service.

Friday night I went cruising in OTR and there were very little LE in the area but also next to none for SWs. Did see a blonde SWs on Elm between Henry and McMicken but had to circle around down Race St. to go back. She was wearing a skirt and had hair pass her shoulders. It was dark and I almost missed seeing her but there were a couple of other cars going for her. I did see a truck coming up the small alley behind "Doug's Tires" shop to catch her at the lot behind the tire shop.

While I did drive around back from Race St. to see if she was there I noticed at the Church parking lot was a car parked where LE usually hangs out to watch at Race and McMicken. The car was a sliver SUV with a single woman driving. When I passed her car she turned on her head lights and the inside lights came on as well. She started to drive toward Elm St.

The blonde SW was gone but I drove on to Mohawk and Central and saw the woman in the sliver SUV again but didn't give it that much attention and left the area.

Saturday night about 10p I saw the same sliver SUV at the church parking lot by Race St. and a regular Cincy cruiser next to the sliver SUV! It looked they were talking to each other while sitting in their vehicles. I couldn't get a good look to see if it was the same woman or who was in the car but the car was the same from the night before.

I'm thinking that woman in the sliver SUV may be undercover. My spider senses were tingling. I thought some more about what I saw from friday night. When I passed the woman the first time I noticed she was watching the area toward Elm St. It was like she saw something and was going to follow the cars behind me that turned to the blonde SW. This was Friday night.

Saturday like I said the same car and LE together and I saw the blonde SW again but clearly on Elm. She had long hair pass her shoulders and the hair was teased to look puffy and full. You can't miss her. This time she was with a black guy and another small dark hair girl. I drove pass them and was going to circle back.

Spider senses were tingling when I saw LE at the church parking lot with that sliver SUV again. So I left the area and didn't go back to Elm St.

Saturday night had a lot of LE in OTR. There were cruisers at the Shell station and across the street at the empty parking lot on Liberty St. Also Sheriffs cruisers at Walnut and McMicken corner, Vine and McMicken and all the regular spots where SWs and dealers hang out except there was no one out.

Keep your eyes out on for that SUV in the area. I wished I've had followed her that Friday night to learn more about what she was doing.

I see three right away...

1) NEVER front the $. MAYBE a token of your good faith, but not enough to give her satisfaction with "cash and dash."

2) Be VERY leary of "her place." If fact, you are lucky that the "someone" coming up was not her dude with a weapon to releave you of the rest of your wallet... Never go to "her place" unless you have gotten to know and trust her.

3) Never let them get out "to be right back..." Your experience already reviews that lesson for us. Say "No (firmly, with conviction), we'll go to another more isolated place." Keep control of the situation.

As per other posts, not only are functional digits hard to come by, but stings are apparently on the increase. Look though my previous posts for my 13 rules of Mongering 101 for steps for satisfactory mongering. The lessons reviewed her are there as well as other important lessons...

I pose this because a few week ago, I drove pass a Blonde standing at Findlay and Elm, and as I looked closer, it was "NOT" a woman, but a Dude dressed in Drag. Mind you he was very well dressed, and looked very closely like a woman, but she was a he.

Now I did the double check because I was going to report it on the forum, but did NOT. I should have? As we walked pass on the other side of the street (he was on the store corner), and no one else/no one was around him. So of course we asked the people in the area, and they say it was Five-O. We Laughed and walked back to the car.

You asked who is "WE", well she is my paid informer. She gives me the 411, on what is going on, as she knows it. And she has been in OTR/WE all her life.

She recovered from Drugs, but HATE's what the Cops use to make her do in the back alleys to stay out of Jail.

I never saw the Silver SUV, or any bust that night, but we did find it extremely interesting that NO Fags were in the area of the Blonde. If that were a real WSW Fag the other Fags would have been right up there with him. It would have been no way those Fags would have allowed a real Blonde White SW to stand at their corner in their area and try away business. Even the real SW know the boundaries.

Even more they would have NOT allowed a White Drag Queen/Fag up in their area. The men who normally pick them up, would have bypassed them, to get to that White FgSW.

I did see the other FgSW up on Dunlap near the Kiddie Park. They were in full force, but did not venture to Findlay over the next (3) night during that time. I knew something was up, so I just went to a bar on Main and had a few Long Islands, by Myself. Even the Freebie Chicks were indoors at Home those nights too! DAMN!

Streets are pitiful right now with the cold weather. By the way, saw black, or very dark plumbing conversion van two weeks ago near sheriffs. I could see black and white TV's though the window. While in OTR this afternoon, my usual cruise route turned up NADA. Usually, I at least see a few SWs that are not worth stopping for. Nope.

But I DID see a Sheriff's cruiser in the parking lot across the street from the McM church with two deps in it... (had not seen them THERE before).

We KNOW the girls are still out there--I have gotten reports of NKY, WE, and even in the North burbs. Post your observations, but keep them non-specific (LE--you may have won this skirmish, but we have not shown the white flag...)

To the CL fans: Many of the same cautions apply on CL. They are usually too rich for my blood, asking too much for too little. But under no circumstances make ANY reference to quid pro quo until you have performed the LE check. Nothing over the phone (DUH). Then, get a clear understanding of what you would like, and what she expects. Again, NEVER front the $, and leave your valuables elsewhere. Is it possible that "Jackson" can put the #13 Rules in the Home Section to make the Universal to everyone interested.

In this way, you don't have to look them up in the archives to read them.

Posting them about every 3-4 months is a good idea, because this site picks up a lot of newbies every month.

But a permanent place for them in the Forum is much better.

Of course they will have to be cleaned up, to make them universal to every forum, but the "real" message will be the same.

ALSO ADD A #14th rule. Never ask for SEX right out. Ask her if she want to got someplace and take some, 'Nude Modeling Pictures".

Decoys will always say "No" to that and they can't arrest you because you made not offer for Sex, for Money.

Once the checks are done, you are feeling comfortable, and at "Your Spot", then you can talk details.

The Rules are really for Newbies or for Folks that just don't get it.

There are a lot of them, because I still see drivers talking through the window all the time, before the girls gets in to the car.

The lessons which taught me these 13 rules were not out of a book... I SHOULD write a book about the amazing adventures of this hobby. Especially amazing are the chances I have taken, with fortunately no serious physical or even robbery harm. But ripped off--yes--but not in the recent past.

Someone said the reason we see no SWs on the street is that they are all in jail. I can't believe that is the only reason. It is true that the hobby is at low tide at the moment, and with winter's icy fingers, the girls will be even harder to find on the street. Cultivate those digits and trustworthy providers.

I'm not very good with this site's search function, so I don't know if this has already been discussed. I was told by another SW, that the SW in LPH, named Jodi, has HIV. She is semi-short with shoulder length brown hair. Kind of dirty looking and has a crack problem. I've seen her walking around there lately the past few weeks. So if there is any truth to it. Be careful fellas. Saw a SW in OTR on McMicken west of Ravine. Decent looking from a distance. Pimp was close by so I drove past. I could tell she wasn't LE, but my better half tells me pimps are never a good idea to be around. My impression is that heavy LE on Race and McMicken is pushing their services in other directions. I'll have to stray more and see what I find. During the summer, I occasionly ran into some decent ones in UPH. Haven't seen any in the past month though.

Actually Sherri in LPH told me that Jodie "Jodi" has AIDS. She does look similar to the old pictures of McKenzie in Harpo2U's post in Escort Reports. The picture in the post was some time ago, and she is cracked out now, so it may very well indeed be the same girl. I don't want to speak for anyone else, but I'm not going to take a chance with that. Again, it could be a personal battle between Sherri and Jodie. Has anyone else heard anything like this?

Getnati brings up a couple of important issues.

HIV:
HIV is, and should be, of OBVIOUS major concern for mongers. This is why we ALWAYS use cover for FS. And we call other mongers on the carpet when they don't use FS cover because they are putting us all at risk, not just their dumb asses...

Oral transmission of HIV is extremely rare (if ever). So we may be willing to risk that pleasure with minimal risk of the "death penalty."

On the other hand, my caution is to avoid ANY providers who may be injecting drugs. VERY high risk. Look for "tracks" (bruises at their inside elbows), slow movement and slurred speech without obvious smell of liquor, nodding off, etc. These are MAJOR warning signs. In my opinion, getting off is not worth that risk. Furthermore, girls whom we have trusted in the past can easily go down the injection street. For instance, Rachel was a wonderful provider, but has apparently now succumbed to near terminal AIDS (in incarceration).


Inter-SW jealousy:
This can be potent beyond belief. SW social conventions can be beautifully supportive, caring and sharing. ON the other hand... I have heard SWs SO angry that I feared life-threatening violence. It is a different society you are dabbling in. Tread carefully, understand that critical words from one SW about another SW will unavoidably be tinged with prejudice at the very least. But I would take ANY mention of HIV seriously.
