Penny was telling me to see HollyBlue (they are friends) and even indicated they were open to doubles. My sense was Holly was relatively new to the industry and / or didn't have a good 1st day and just bailed. To bad, she looked sexy and fun.

There's no specific website / account to see the lineup, that's why we have this thread. But you will know which girl is under this booker based on the name of the girl and the format of the ad. They're all very similar. Typical rate is 200-240 hh /300-340 h depending on the girl.
