Did you just respond to the email? Or do you have to request again from site.

Their response times vary a lot. That said, if you have an email chain where they have responded that a time is available and you had confirmed that you want to book, it has generally worked out for me. What I tend to do is to reach out about a week ahead of time to confirm again.
