All that means is I can't hold money in my paypal account (its essentially a bank account, and banks must verify account holders), so I just transfer it to my sugar bank account and do all my paypal transfers from those funds. But Bitcoin can be seized by the government. There's a reason governments are trying to get rid of cash. Any and all electronic activity can be monitored and tracked. Then they use civil asset forfeiture to take what they want. To get your property back the onus is on you to prove it wasn't ill gotten. You may get your stuff back, but at the expense of lawyer's fees and your time. Sometimes the process is the punishment.
