Odd / distant Location If the massage shop is smack in the middle of an industrial area there's a good chance they'll have buckets of extras as they're often driven out of the 'burbs by nosy fuckers with erection problems and church groups who believe a that administering a handjob = holiday in Hades.
4. If the masseuse is wearing / displaying any of the following then it's probably going to be sensual miniskirt, high-heels, tight-dress, side-boob, lingerie, snorkel.
5. The seedier / ramshackle the place the better your chances of a happy ending, if I ever see a scummy mattress on a floor I always think I'm odds on for a handjob (or lice).
6. Check out the customers. If it's all nervous looking men then you've probably hit the jackpot. A nervous man walking out of a massage place is the sign of a man with freshly emptied babysacks. Massage was pretty great to me, but I don't have much experience getting messages so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Hobbytown Spa – The "Spa" sign remains on the door at location. The door is still locked. Last I heard, the owner was considering whether to open again or not, possibly at this location or a different place. This location was not busted by LE. They closed prior to the heat.
JM Spa – The exterior of the spa still looks undisturbed. All the signage and décor is still in place but the lights are off. Looks like it could open at any time. The operator was arrested on prostitution charges. There has been no follow up in the news. Seems like the owner would take the décor down or send in another operator. Maybe no one can touch it due to the arrest.
Lucky Spa, Franklin. A lot of people are missing this place since it closed. People saw the girls on Friday during the BG heat and the following Monday working in the spa and cleaning it up after the Closed sign was on the front door. Reference was made in a single article from Bowling Green news that Simpson County Sherriff (Franklin) was engaged in the sweep. No reports were made of any arrests in Franklin. I asked a couple of guys from Franklin about it and they had heard nothing about the place getting raided. If it was raided, it would appear more like JM Spa. The space was put up for rent / lease days after cleaning. No new places in Franklin are open to this point.
AMP economics. The new rent for the Lucky space is $900 per month. Makes one tempted to rent the space and reopen as a new spa. Seems like it would be a lucrative option. Just need to figure out how to get some Asian ladies to come work there.
