It's good to be cautious, but many mongers on this site are far too paranoid about the police and deeply misinformed about what the police and law enforcement can do (or are likely to do). It's good to be cautious, but many people on here take it to a level that's just silly. Imagine that DM has a huge list of phone numbers, and yours is on it. Is it possible you could be prosecuted? Yes. Is it likely? Very, very unlikely. The courts have limited resources. Imagine what they would have to do: The phone number by itself is nowhere near enough to convict you. They'd have to interview the girls, get them to identify you, and on and on. Can you imagine the expense of this? Not going to happen. If anything, they'd do a raid and prosecute only those found on site with their pants literally down, along with DM's proprietor.

And yes, you could be caught in a raid, but these are like earthquakes or plane crashes. In most cases, there's just nothing you can do about it but take your chances. Same as when you go to a message parlor. Same for those mongers who like streetwalkers and get a blowjob in their car.

If anything bad did happen as a result of DM having your phone number, I think the most likely thing is that it could get out to the public and embarrass you. First, it says "a number of arrests were made". Due to the amount of resources required, it's highly unlikely that a majority of those who used the site were busted.
