When I get a PM from a member that I do not know the first thing I do is check out their posts for not only the number of posts but also the content. Posts don't have to be from the Fort but you do have to be a contributing member before I will respond to requests for UTR info.

Not happening but apparently if you dig deeper, they can find the info in the general public somewhere.
