Went back to visit one of my favorite places just north of LAX. The first place I ever got an extra years and years ago. Pola was her name and I've been hooked on the hobby ever since.
Honestly, I went this time for Shiatsu because it's actually good and reasonable. Paid for an hour and went and took a shower. Walked back to the room and lay face down on the table. Starts out fine, great pressure on my lower back and beginning to feel relaxed. Mamma walks by and says something terse in Korean. The girl quickly leaves the room and closes the door. Tick tock, tick tock. I'm still lying face down beginning to wonder what's going on. Then I hear voices, not you guys, but clear and direct words. Which one is the manager?
One by one, they ask each girl to show them their license and the money each earned so far that day. 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes go by. From the dialog, it sounds like someone didn't have their license. Mamma was also being chastised, first for faking like she wasn't the manager, and then for not running a tighter ship.
It appeared that they were not interested in those lying on tables, so I decided to cut short my deep tissue and leave. I asked the beautiful blonde officer if I could leave. She said they'd be done in 10-15, but I could leave if I wanted. So I did. Sure enough, one of the technicians was in the back of the cruiser. Whistled my way past the other officers and got the heck out of there.
Would you have stayed?
Walk in to the waiting room and was greeted by massage girl. I was shown to the room where I undress, laid on the meat table waiting for massage girl.
Lady walked in and started to massage me. Some small talk, massage very therapeutic, heavy on the body oil, but that's ok. On the flip she ask what I want so I ask for HJ and CBJ so she went to work. Strong hand stroke with a deep choking BJ, her tongue rolling around the tip of my dick with another deep throat choking BJ until I explored. Nice BJ on her part. She cleaned me up, I gave her a tip and she thank me on the way out the door.
Where's this at? I've been looking for a cici for a while after she left a Rosemead spot.

Her abs are tighter than a lug nut on a 63 ford. I was in shock. I recommend her.

Would you have stayed?
There's no such thing as a massage license in California. Trust me, I know well. I own a spa (a fully legit one). That may change next year when the new massage bill gets written, but we don't know what it's going to look like yet. Right now, California has a certification, not a license. What's the difference? Certification is voluntary. Some cities require it to practice massage within their city limits, some don't. Some cities only require that one certified therapist be on staff at all times. Practicing massage without a cert in California isn't a crime and certainly won't get you arrested. If you're in a city requiring certification, at most it will get the establishment in trouble with the planning commission, meaning the first couple times they get fined and if it continues to happen the city eventually revokes their business license. Most cities require a manager to be on duty at all times, so it makes sense that they'd ask for the manager. Asking to see their money makes no sense because that's none of their business unless they had an active warrant. It's certainly within their jurisdiction to come in and ask to see docs, although most cities leave that to the code enforcement people so they don’t take cops off of more important shit.
If you saw one of the girls in the back of a cruiser, they caught her with someone's dick in her mouth or something. Or she had past run-ins with them, or has issues with her immigration docs or something. Kind of a “we’ll let you go this time, but next time we see you here you’d better have your green card” or something like that. Under no circumstances would they take her in for "not having a license.”
Had time to spar decided to check out the Villa. Super cute thin girl behind desk. Thinking this is my lucky day. Nope, different girl walks in. Great body, no idea on her face as she has a mask. Great message for $. 8 on the flip I ask her about a tip. She just stars at me and doesn't understand a thing I am saying. I make the gesture for an HJ still doesn't understand. 5 minutes later and I am like fuck this. Just finish the message and let me get out of this place. Going back to my normal spot. At least there you get a decent message with an awesome HJ for $1. 40.
All I wanted was the girl to tickle my balls and stroke my rod. Not try to negotiate an international peace treaty between Thailand and America.
The worst is some actually negotiate and it kills the mood. Can't believe this one was a stone wall. That's never happened.

As a famous person once said, I'm afraid sport, unless you got a father on the board of directors of another company, you and I are going to have a hard time doing any business.

From my reading of this, and grimmy23 is correct about California, but not correct as to City of L. A. , you do need a license to have a shop, but the infractions are not even misdemeanors.

Had the place been raided there would be a news story, and I see none in my google feed. And as I have posted before, there is no way any police officer with any political sense will even take an offensive smelling shit at an Asian parlor for feel of being deplatformed for being racist. If you like Asian massage, your chances of being at an LAPD raid are just about the same as le bron crashing your book club meeting.

I was on the table during a raid. No warning from Papasan, just the door opening and two males LEO in windbreakers demanding my provider into the hallway. This was not a full service spot, not even a HJ spot (unless you were a regular and got the right girl. I was, and did). LEO demanded I'd, she didn't have it with her, told her to call someone to bring it to her, she refused, on came the jewelry. I was still lying on the table, thinking of all the times this scenario could've ended much worse for me. I eventually got dressed and headed out. Papasan apologized, asked me to come back and they'd make it right (they did), and that was it. Never saw that particular provider around that shop again, and the shop didn't survive the shut-down.
