I've been to OC many times, and there are basically two types of apartments in OC: Gated community where you type in a code to enter or gated apartment tower where you drive up 5 floors to park at the roof. The gated community usually has 1 entrance by leasing that is always open during daytime, and park on the street, pay attention to the building number. Gated apartment tower is intimidating but you get used to it, if you can't follow a car in you drive up to the car intercom and type in the code. Driving up 5 floors is 3 minutes. Then you take elevator or stairs down, it can be a maze but pay attention to numbers on the walls, you get used to it. My advice is to start your drive early to get there 15 minutes before in case of traffic. But even if you are late or lost in the maze 5 or 10 minutes, stay cool. You can get everything done in 40 or 50 minutes anyways, that's why the rates barely go up after 30. Don't worry about it, just bang and be happy.

But you'll notice the site is all about registering, building rep on the site, and being a one-stop shop for corgs. Imagine if HX directly let you book girls through the site playing the role of booker. That's safey issue #1 to me. We're here to enjoy girls and that hinges on our safety and the girls. You brought up how girls are treated, that to me is the worst part of it all. I hinted at this with the BBFS B+S where guys were thrown in with this girl promising BBFS to get them to come, and nobody told her she just had to deal with it. The corg won't do anything about him. So now you know why jgirls are counting money upfront, they share every story by LINE. Another guy beats girls, the corg won't do anything about him after the session. There's a simple reason why the corg cannot afford to ban their customers. They are completely exposed and at the mercy of everyone's goodwill. They can't move. Everyone knows where it is. Anyone who knows the place can just walk right in with zero screening and appointment.
A korg would ban you and just not open the door, you need an appointment. Corgs can't since everybody can just show up. A korg will up and change locations if it has to, it's not fun but way easier than a corg with 4-6 girls and a house.
The SD Albertine house was crazy because they were doing "just show up" with everyone, not just FOB Chinese. SDAG is not beginner friendly. I remember their OC handle on HX used to say "not newbie friendly". SDAG is mostly long-time regulars, lots of people going for 10+ years. Nobody causes problems, the girls feel safe and focus all on taking care of us. Probably why they are the lowest rate for GFE with msog included.
If they're going to let a new guy in, he's got to meet a high standard. You need 2 references to get in, the easiest way is through HX. I have never had a problem with them for 12 years.
