Sorry to hear about your experience, or non-experience as it turned out to be. I have seen Sparkle 3 times and each time I really had a good experience. For each of those appointments with Sparkly I called and I was in business within a half hour to an hour later. Unfortunately most of these BP girls don't seem to do well keeping appointments that are not the same day you call. Also, I notice many of these girls are just not available in the morning, even if they say they are. Too bad for me because I like the morning appointments as well.
