One thing, I think we all have to learn at some point is the "no money upfront" rule. Once the money is out of your hand, you give up all of the power.

If you are playing in the backseat, one thing I have done is show the girl I have the fee for her time, and place it on the dashboard and tell her she can have it when we are done.
