Saw a girl in UPH, blonde, not bad face, good body, black sports pants. Was going to make a deal, but she had a skin problem around the mouth. It looked like a breakout was healing.
You don't know what's swimming inside them, bit at least try to mitigate obvious visible issues.

So just curious. I've never done the SW thing. I've usually gone by the girls on usasg. I tried driving around ph area checking out the local talent and I'm not seeing anything or maybe I just dunno what to look for. Maybe theres specific times that the ladies are more plentiful. Either way, can someone give me some pointers. A post or a PM is fine. Its much appreciated.

I don't know if I'd say that LEO has much of a presence in UPH, considering the overtly obvious moves mongers do picking up girls out there. A guy stopped ON Warsaw between Warsaw Fed bank and the BMV, and talked to a SW. A cop was coming up to him, and did nothing. The only LEO I regularly see is one parked at that gas station that's 24 hrs, and I think they are there to make sure that the locals don't act stupid at the gas station. I'm almost sure you could park right at that gas station, see a SW at the window, and have her get right in your car, all while feet from a cop, and nothing will happen.

First the LEO presence at the gas station is due to the pressure from the public to city council about the crowds that gather at these two gas stations and cause problems as well as the sale of stuff on premise. Second the fact that you saw a LEO drive right by a suspected monger picking up a suspected SW, could have several reasons for not stopping maybe it looked not suspicious to them, maybe they were on their computer while driving and didn't see the pick up, maybe they were enroute to a call that had a higher priority. So, you can think that you can do anything and get away with it, but I suggest to all other mongers to watch your six because they are watching when they can and some are uc and calling for marked cars to pull you over like the attorney.
While on my search for the newly found unicorn, which I did not come across. I did find and see the infamous Emily of old from the McMicken days she looked great still and still has good technique. Decided to cruise around uph and try my luck. I drove around for a bit and only saw one girl but another monger picked her up before I could pull over somewhere.
