Yes, the location is clean and safe. It's in a converted garage of a nice home in a very nice neighborhood in a very nice town. But for for the cost ($100) you can do much better. She's not a CMT so if you want a good therapeutic massage, you could go to so many places and get an excellent swedish massage for 60% of the price. But if you were looking for a FBSM then you'll want to look elsewhere because you won't get it from her. If you're in it for the pursuit rather than the catch. Then you're in luck. .

The governor signed an anti-human trafficking bill not an anti-massage bill. We all know it only takes a few examples of human trafficking to paint a picture that all Asian Massage Parlors are involved. Touch of Asia was the final piece that was needed to get the political support from both parties. Right or wrong with the charges but the evidence against Touch of Asia does appear to be human trafficking even though we know that the overwhelming majority of these girls volunteer to come work at these stores. Yes, most girls don't speak English and they don't have personal transportation so they rely on the owner to provide everything they need. Anyone who doesn't know the Chinese business practice would initially say, "those girls have no freedom", but in reality they do it's just a different culture of doing things from what we know.

It's not big government limiting freedom, but individuals and organizations with a persistent lobbying effort. Several organizations with different agendas collaberated to get this bill passed, but The North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy worked harder than any politician did. Money is the #1 reason why this bill was passed. These AMP's generate major income that is not taxed or spent in North Carolina. Then there are the complaints from licensed masseuses about how their education, training and livelihood is going down the drain with unlicensed massage parlors taking away their business, or so they say.

How about a Raleigh Massage Monday march instead of the Moral Monday protest? Who is with me? All massage parlors and spas are equal! Right, and I'll be the only there in my spa robe holding a sign. Well, just go relax while you can and enjoy a superior Asian Massage near you.

The two things are 1. Massage Envy's business model is set up as your typical chain store operation such as StarBucks etc. Standard uniform wearing minimum wage earners supplying overpriced subpar service etc. 2. The Asian business is just as chainstore like as to how it is set up (every store basically operates the same) BUT with totally different rules and regulations from Massage Envy about how the girls are hired, fired, housed, fed, paid, time off, medical coverage. No need to mention the independents most of them dish out HE while complaining about the Asians at the Massage Board Meetings. The problem is the American LE, politicians, Massage Board DOES NOT understand this culture or business model, They just see a massage parlor taking their customers. 3. The "Caveat" well it is the SERVICE. So the smoke filling the room is the subject about These girls being brought here and kept against their will is a crazy. Just in the news the other day there are churches bringing people here from Brazil and basically worked as slaves. Humm Scientology have we been able to pass a LAW to crack that no tax paying slave driven organization? Seems every time I turn around I'm reading about some creep in Chapel Hill or Cary committing a sex crime against one of our kids. Can we spend some tax dollars and pass a ass kicking punishing law to get these fuckers if they pull this shit. Are these Chinese ladies doing this damage to anyone in our neighborhoods? No! As far as paying taxes, if they refuse to document folks with Massage License or other documents these folks are forced to withhold their earnings especially cash receipts. They are about as lame as it can get for massage, the Asian places that are set up legit will benefit though. At least they can actually give a beneficial massage without bluffing their way through it like the women at Massage Envy.

Been looking for the best massage only at a good price and finally found her at acupressure at Crabtree. For $58 an hour and the best massage I've ever had. Started with upper body to toes pressure palm then used forearms half inch at a time traveling from upper back to hips. Great leg work and nice scalp at end. Perfect pressure even with elbow. Some gals there about kill you with the elbows. . . When the AMPs close down this place will be packed.

Went by for a visit, really cute young provider gave a pretty good massage. Her English was better than most, towel strictly used left blue balled. Would not repeat didn't catch her name.

Looking the older lady Lucy that use to work at 2223-j hwy Durham. She left several months ago and I have lost contact. Thanks for any info.

Been pretty low key and picky with all the news recently but went for a visit anyone. Tried 0011 knowing good and well theyve gone legit but figured what the hell, my back was actually aching. Sure enough, NO touching, teasing, flirting, etc. But it was a pretty good massage. Again, I knew but in case your a see it to believe it kinda guy like me then I'll re-affirm. Yes its legit. No flip, no monkey business. Next day still had the itch so I decided to give 0010 another shot. Figured what the hell, why not? She was not in a pleasant mood, didn't want to be there and it showed. Half ass massage, fast flip and a fast tug to just get it over with. All and all WITH the TS that I requested was out of there in about 20 MAYBE 25 minutes. Needless to say was a little shy on the tip and not too keen on going back. Hate to give a bad review but damn. It was bad.

It's like perpetual motion. Or the old saying, build it They will cum oops come. The successful and fun massage places are like this, if the owners has good even great providers they will attract more of us. The more money a store makes the better the girls they attract to work there and we take notice and round and round in circles it goes like the dog chasing its tail. BUT get harassed the girls will leave, and when that happens the fun stops then we stop taking our dollars there and we go elsewhere. And ain't no way the good providers will come to a dud area, why would they. Believe me these girls are like bloodhounds they know where the money is. And word travels fast in their circle where money is being made and what area's are being harassed. I'm afraid that's where we are in this area now, will it get worse or better? Who knows. Of course there will be some girls here and there in a store or two that will have her favorite customer that she will go the extra mile for (special services) but not for every paying customer. The other bad thing is sometimes in these drought conditions even the rub and tuggers or even a half way decent massage goes down hill. I just feel other places like Charlotte or further away will attract the talent way before they will settle here or maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it. It's about cash! And now massaging here without a license is like one of us driving without a license going to work every day, does the risk out weigh the reward. Hence THE DROUGHT.

IMO it comes down to the grassroots level of who is doing the complaining or lack of defending free market enterprise (talking about who's running the City) You have certain cities that are better managed and competitive than others. If it will make money and create jobs and kick the competitions ass GO and get that money. This is why Charlotte has the biggest Malls, NASCAR, NFL, NBA Basketball, am I missing one? Many other business's and home office's. Sure Raleigh and Durham has growth BUT Charlotte beat them to the punch on many fronts of these top industries. Could you imagine the revenue generated in restaurants, hotels etc. If Raleigh had that big ass NASCAR track in this area? So yea Charlotte kicked their ass in many ways. So the Asian Massage Parlors are not that far at the top of the Mayor or City Council's list as a place to spend tax dollars shutting down. They are throwing those tax dollars at humm let me see? Roads, Schools, attracting more business instead of running them away. I can just hear the conversation now when the Massage Board and their Monkey Lawyer calls Charlotte on a conference call Hi we need to look at these Asian Parlors in Charlotte and it will take several meetings and the cooperation of Charlottes LE, this could be a lengthy endeavor investigation. I'm sure they get a "Fuck Off" response in a professional way of course and are told go back to Raleigh and clean up your own back yard with your own tax dollars we are fine here. In NY asking for a tug isn't even required its par for the course in every parlor I've visited. I still do my research before hitting a spot but for the most part especially in NY there isn't a need. There are so many of them if the chicks don't oblige then there is a price to pay. Atlanta is hit or miss depending on the area but even though I was born and raised in NY my first experience was in GA.

No clock watching (she is probably losing money) and she talked a lot. There was a 30 min period of silence cause I didn't respond and the massage was decent. On the flip I don't pop quick and she gave it her all and made sure I left happy.

Not first on my list but will visit again. Between her, Nini and Tulip I keep them in rotation. There are a few new ones but I haven't pulled the trigger.
