However, as I noted before in the Downtown thread, she does have ongoing legal matters. So depending on how that is eventually resolved, she might not be available for a significant amount of time.

Just want to mention that while I was downtown yesterday, three times I observed a group of three police officers patrolling on ATV-type vehicles. The first time was on Fort Street Mall, and the second and third times were on Hotel Street. There was what seemed to be a homeless woman near Fort Street Mall who looked like a possible provider, but I didn't approach her because those mobile police were passing right by her and I didn't know if the police might be returning. May want to watch out for the police on ATV-type vehicles, because that gives them more ability for closer observation and to quickly sneak up on people.
