And here is my big question. When you use these pills and you bust. Do you stay hard + do you still have the desire to keep going?

Be very, very careful taking these drugs. Many of those companies that manufacturer the popular brands (aka the ones that work) are laced with api's active pharmacheutical ingridents, such sildenafil, etc. So taking them, especially in large dose can be extremely dangerous. The danger arises from the fact that these APIs are unlisted so the user jas no idea what amount they are taking, nor do they know they are potentially exposing themselves to very harmful drug interactions.

The dietary supplement industry is largely unregulated, we referred to it as the "wild, wild west". 21 CFR 111 was passed in 2007 and only began being heavily enforced in 2010. Many companies remain unregistered.
