I don't think they can bust anyone on camera footage unless peeps on camera doing the deed. But that would mean theres camera in the room. I think the cameras would show all the people going in and out which hpd could call people in for questioning.
How would HPD know my number?

Our phone numbers
How would HPD know my number?
It seems that whenever I call my usual AMPs to make an appointment the mama knows who is calling. She probably entered my number as a contact. If you are a frequent caller, she has your number, too. If le has her phone they got my number, yours too.
Makes life interesting, huh?
Best regards, rog.
Do we know if the cameras actually record anything? Or are they just there to show a live feed?
I'm pretty sure its recording for safety purposes example in case the place gets robbed.

Best regards, rog.
Yes your exactly correct most of these places now you have to unblock your number to get thru so the numbers are on the caller I'd system they have there unless someone there deleted it which I doubt cause one time I remember calling rejuve and no one answered went to voice mail I didn't leave any message but mama called me back.

Cameras
So, all the cameras were seized and they will return today? My question is, do you think they may have planted a hidden camera in the rooms since everyone was told to sit outside on the stairs. So with no one else in the establishment except for the cops, do you think they could have planted a hidden cam for future bust in the near future?

Johns?
About the time I saw Hono 1's report, I get a call from Chanel. She says she's not sure what's happening so if I could please meet her at Times ASAP.
By the time I get there the inspection is over and she is rounding everyone up to go to lunch. Seems that everyone was put out on the stairway and questioned. They apparently had the same story cause no one was detained. They had 3 cell phones and some cash confiscated, as well as the cameras and monitors, the phones will be returned tomorrow, but don't know about the cash and the camera equipment.
Anyway Chanel wanted the word out that they will be open for business at 0800 tomorrow, and everyone will be available.
Were any customers in the place when they were raided? If so what happened to them? I'm curious how they were treated.
Do we know if the cameras actually record anything? Or are they just there to show a live feed?
Only live feed for monitoring. No recording from what I know.

Best regards, rog.
Still, they can't bust you for making a phone call. Even if they call you to ask questions you could tell them, "I call sometimes because the manager is a friend of mine and we talk a bit sometimes. " Even if they wire tapped the phones and recorded you wouldn't they need evidence that you actually went? And even if the cameras were recording wouldn't they need evidence that the deed and transaction occurred. Otherwise, couldn't you just tell them that yes, I made an appointment and went, but all I did was get a shiatsu massage?
Were any customers in the place when they were raided? If so what happened to them? I'm curious how they were treated.
Don't think any mongers were caught up in the raid yesterday. Read another monger saying he was caught in one but not while during the deed. Guessing he was done? He got questioned, DL card taken, then released. Not sure if they kept his DL card or just recorded information.
How would they know who you were though?
I think in the Florida case, LE were able to observe the customer's vehicle license plate to help give a lead as to who that they were. I suppose if someone were really cautious, they could somehow park a distance far enough away that LE wouldn't have cameras on your car. Haha, could always take a bus part of the way.

Sure why not?

I doubt it.

Recorded for days
Do we know if the cameras actually record anything? Or are they just there to show a live feed?
Security cams record and keep it for days. Not sure how long they can.
That is how LE could catch who they are and arrest them when pine tree was robbed by guys with guns.
Security cams record and keep it for days. Not sure how long they can.
That is how LE could catch who they are and arrest them when pine tree was robbed by guys with guns.
Kison's camera outside the door is hooked to a monitor, no DVR or VCR recording anything. It merely gives Mama the ability to see who is at the door. Happiness has a recorder-less setup as well. Pine Tree, the Mama took pics of the monitor with her phone, there was no recorder.
Top Spa, which is now Ace I believe, had an actual DVR installed after CHM and Top got robbed by a couple thugs. As soon as word got around, they started losing customers and the DVR was gone just like that.
In the end, it doesn't matter if all of the AMPs had DVR or VCR recording. Its not a crime to go to these places, proving that someone walked up and in the door only proves that the walked up and in the door, nothing else. LE is not going to waste a subpoena for the footage (yes they cannot simply take it or even look at it). If there is no probable cause to suspect there is a violent crime evidenced on the video, the best they can do is subpoena it. If the subpoena is not answered LE can apply for a warrant but they will need to prove that its critical to building a case. All a monumental waste of time to show people walking up to the door, many times without any clarity to get an I'd. If they had reason to believe Joe Schmo had gone to Kison and stolen the wash machine and they had probably cause to believe he walked in the front door and go caught on camera, then yes.
You guys are watching too much TV.
Should have been Cindy and not Chanel. Keep forgetting Chanel is retired.
Is that so? Seems convenient to say that. There are so many guys posting on here lately simply getting off on thinking they are getting other guys riled up.
