The original poster indicated that provider Ola / Amy apparently knows of Amirah. So you might want to offer Ola / Amy, or some other provider, a nice tip for finding Amirah or at least giving you a working contact number for her. To avoid any misunderstanding, make clear that the tip will be given for success, not just for trying. I've used that method myself in the past (although not specifically with Ola / Amy), sometimes with success.
